4.1. This policy applies to the personal data you provide to us, the “Logibytes” Accounts on social media networks, and our services offered via the website and Apps (collectively, the “Services”).

4.2. This policy applies to all use of the “Logibytes” services, including but not limited to:

4.2.1. Subscribers to the “Logibytes” services.

4.2.2. Administrators who manage shipments and routes.

4.2.3. Drivers who make deliver shipments to the end customer.

4.2.4. Persons who express interest in our services and products.

4.3. This policy does not apply to information provided or collected through sites maintained by other companies or organizations that we may link to or that may link to us, so we are not responsible for the procedures and privacy policies of third-party sites.

5.1. We collect personal data you provide when you request our services or products, such as:

5.1.1. Subscribers Data, such as full name, date of birth, email, ID number, mobile number, and other data.

5.1.2. Drivers Data, such as name, ID number, mobile number, driver's license data, and other data.

5.1.3. Administrator Data, such as name, ID number, mobile number, and other data.

5.1.4. Services Data, such as shipments, routes, and delivery data to the end customer.

5.1.5. Contact data, such as email address, mailing address and phone number.

5.1.6. Financial data such as bank account and payment card details include your card billing information, type, number, expiration date, and card verification code. When paying using debit/credit cards, we transmit your card information to the card company in an encrypted format in accordance with globally accepted rules while processing the order. After obtaining your consent, we retain part of your card information in encrypted form, taking necessary precautions to maintain physical, electronic, and procedural protection measures for your credit card information.

5.1.7. Technical data, such as internet protocol (IP), internet service provider, referral/exit pages, device ID, advertising ID, operating system, types of add-ons, date and time, number of clicks, information about your use of our services, and data related to networked devices.

5.1.8. Partners data, such as data provided to us by marketing partners, and other third parties.

11.5. The right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data in all circumstances and at any time via the Email mentioned at the end of this policy, unless there are legitimate purposes that require the opposite, or in the cases stipulated in the personal data protection system and its executive regulations, and related regulations and instructions.
