1. Introduction
   1.1.   This privacy policy (“Policy”) shall constitute a binding legal contract between you (“User”) and Osus Al-Tahawul For Information Technology the owner and operator of the website https://logibytes.sa and the “Logibytes” Apps which can be downloaded from the Google play store or Apple Store. So, you should read all of its provisions very carefully before using our services.
   1.2.   We appreciate your concerns and interest in the privacy of your data, so we have prepared this policy to clarify the methodology it follows when collecting, using, processing, and storing personal data, the steps taken to secure them, and the statement of the rights of users guaranteed by the Personal Data Protection Law and its executive regulations.
   1.3.   By accessing and subscribing to the “Logibytes” services, you mean that you have read this privacy policy that you are aware of all the provisions related to it, and that you have agreed to abide by all its provisions; if you do not agree to the terms of this policy, please stop using our services.
   1.4.   The policy is available in both Arabic and English. In case of any conflict between the English version and the Arabic version, the approved version is the Arabic version.

   The following words shall have the following assigned meanings to each of them unless the context requires otherwise:
   2.1.    “We”, “Us”, or “Our”: means Osus Al-Tahawul For Information Technology.

   Osus Al-Tahawul For Information Technology is a company established under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with its registered office address at: Riyadh, and commercial registration No.: 1009128656, and it is responsible for managing and operating the website https://logibytes.sa and “Logibytes” Apps for administrators and drivers.

4. Scope of Privacy Policy
   4.1.   This policy applies to the personal data you provide to us, the “Logibytes” Accounts on social media networks, and our services offered via the website and Apps (collectively, the “Services”).
   4.2.   This policy applies to all use of the “Logibytes” services, including but not limited to:
   4.2.1.   Subscribers to  the “Logibytes” services.
   4.2.2.   Administrators who manage shipments and routes.
   4.2.3.   Drivers who make deliver shipments to the end customer.
   4.2.4.   Persons who express interest in our services and products.
   4.3.   This policy does not apply to information provided or collected through sites maintained by other companies or organizations that we may link to or that may link to us, so we are not responsible for the procedures and privacy policies of third-party sites.

5. Collection of Data
   5.1.   We collect personal data you provide when you request our services or products, such as:
   5.1.1.   Subscribers Data, such as full name, date of birth, email, ID number, mobile number, and other data.
   5.1.2.   Drivers Data, such as name, ID number, mobile number, driver's license data, and other data.
   5.1.3.   Administrator Data, such as name, ID number, mobile number, and other data.
   5.1.4.   Services Data, such as shipments, routes, and delivery data to the end customer.
   5.1.5.   Contact data, such as email address, mailing address and phone number.
   5.1.6.   Financial  data such as bank account and payment card details include your card billing information, type, number, expiration date, and card verification code. When paying using debit/credit cards, we transmit your card information to the card company in an encrypted format in accordance with globally accepted rules while processing the order. After obtaining your consent, we retain part of your card information in encrypted form, taking necessary precautions to maintain physical, electronic, and procedural protection measures for your credit card information.
   5.1.7.   Technical data, such as internet protocol (IP), internet service provider, referral/exit pages, device ID, advertising ID, operating system, types of add-ons, date and time, number of clicks, information about your use of our services, and data related to networked devices.
   5.1.8.   Partners data, such as data provided to us by marketing partners, and other third parties.
   5.1.9.   Other sources data, such as data that you provide to us when filling out the forms available on the website, or when add feedback, opinions, and comments, or in other means.
   5.2.   The user must provide complete, true, and accurate data, and is responsible for keeping the it and not sharing it with any other party.

   7.3.   We may share or transfer the data in the event that Osus Al-Tahawul For Information Technology sale of a portion of our business or assets or engage in any restructuring, merger, acquisition, joint venture, bankruptcy, or other disposition.     10.1.  We shall commit to keeping your personal data confidential, and we pledge, within legally permitted limits, not to use or disclose it in contravention of this policy.

    The user have rights guaranteed by the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/19) dated 9/2/1443 AH. These rights include the following:
    11.1.  The right to Know the legal or practical justification for collecting information and the purpose thereof.
    11.2.  The right to access personal data and request a copy in a legible and clear format free of charge.
    11.3.  The right to request correction of personal data that they deem inaccurate, incorrect, or incomplete.
    11.4.  The right to request destruction or deletion of personal data if the need for it no longer exists, if this does not affect “Logibytes” operations or the purpose of its collection in accordance with the relevant controls, procedures, and policies.
    11.5.  The right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data in all circumstances and at any time via the Email mentioned at the end of this policy, unless there are legitimate purposes that require the opposite, or in the cases stipulated in the personal data protection system and its executive regulations, and related regulations and instructions.
    11.6.  The right to lodge a complaint at any time by e-mail.

12. Cookies
