4. Eligibility to Services
   For services, products and features, you represent and warrant that:
   4.1.   You are at least (18) eighteen years of age to use the Website, Apps, or any of the services contained therein.
   4.2.   You are never been prevented from using the “Logibytes” services at any time.
   4.3.   You are not a competitor to “Logibytes” services, nor do you offer any competing product to the services, products and features provided by the Foundation.
   4.4.   You have the full legal capacity to contract and that you will not be in breach of any law or contract.
   4.5.   You will not attempt to access the website and Apps, or services by any automated means.
   4.6.   You will not use the “Logibytes” services for any illegal or un-allowed purpose.

5. Subscription to Services
   5.1.   Subscription Period: The Services are available with a paid subscription, and the subscription period is terminated depending on the plan listed on our website or in the request form.
   5.2.   Payment of Subscription Fees: You will be charged for the subscription plan in advance.
   5.3.   Subscription Renewal: The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period on the same conditions unless You cancel it or the Company cancels it.
   5.4.   Subscription renewal cancellation: You may cancel the subscription renewal by contacting the Company, you will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current subscription period and you will be able to access the service until the end of your current subscription period.
   5.5.   Trial Period: The user can request a trial of the service or a demo offer for a limited period, and the trial period is subject to these terms and any specific additional terms, and the Company has the right to terminate the trial period at any time without incurring any responsibility.
   5.6.   Fees Refund: Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
   5.7.   Promotions: Any promotions made available through the services may be governed by rules that are separate from these terms.

6. Fees and Payment
   6.1.   The Company reserves the right to review and amend the service charges at any time before accepting the order.
   6.2.    The user agrees to pay the service fees set out in an order in advance by wire transfer to the account of Osus Al-Tahawul For Information Technology or through one of the electronic payment methods provided by “Logibytes”.
   6.3.   You are responsible for ensuring the validity of the data related to your payment information and that all payment bills are paid on time.
   6.4.   You will be notified of the issuance of a new invoice (30) days prior to the end of the subscription. This bill must be paid during this period.
   6.5.   Any delay in bill payment leads to suspension or disconnection of service. You will not be able to activate the service unless the amounts due on the bills are paid.
   6.6.   The user is obligated not to transfer any amounts to other than the official accounts of the Company, and the “Logibytes” is not responsible for any wrong transfers resulting from the user.
   6.7.   All costs of the “Logibytes” services do not include transfer fees or taxes, so the user must bear them.
   6.8.   We shall be entitled to add new payment methods in the future or cancel any current method, and you will be informed of that.

7. Security and Fraud Management
   7.1.   “Logibytes” relies on security standards to counter cyber banking and database hacking; you expressly agree to our security standards to secure the services and Apps.
   7.2.   We take all necessary steps to ensure the security, safety, and integrity of the services and Apps and remain protecting the data and information of the users.
   7.3.   We may cancel any subscription at any time up before the scheduled time if we see any fraud or suspicious activities.

8. Licenses of Use
   8.1.   Osus Al-Tahawul For Information Technology grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download the “Logibytes” Apps, and access the website, content, information, and related materials that may be made available through the services in accordance with these terms.
   8.2.   The license granted to you does not include any property rights on or part of the “Logibytes” services, nor does this license directly or indirectly indicate a partnership of any kind between us and you.

9. Prohibited Acts

10. Limitation of Liability

Osus Al-Tahawul For Information Technology does not provide any warranties, express or implied, regarding the services, products, features, the website https://logibytes.sa or “Logibytes” Apps, all of which are provided “as is” without any warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to: warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, suitability to certain specifications, nor does it guarantee the accuracy, content, timeliness of the services or results that the user of the services may or may not receive.

Osus Al-Tahawul For Information Technology does not guarantee that in the event of any defect in the provision of services beyond its capacity or due to emergency or force majeure circumstances, or the absence of any defect or error and the Company is committed to taking all necessary and reasonable steps to address and remedy the situation. Also, as a maximum, the user may be compensated in some cases determined by the Company at its own discretion, by returning all or part of the amount paid by the user for the service affected by the defect or error only.

We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by any virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, equipment, software, or other material due to your use of the website and Apps.
    10.4. We are not responsible for any damages, liability or losses arising out of:

    10.4.6.  The user's reliance on any information or data available on the Website, Apps, and Services.
    10.5. Also, we might suspend your use of our services in case you violate these terms.

    12.2.  Osus Al-Tahawul For Information Technology, its officials, and employees shall not be legally liable to you or to another party for any direct or indirect loss or any other cost that might arise from, in connection with the performance of these terms or the provisions of our services.
    12.3. you shall be bound to compensate for any losses or damages caused to the “Logibytes” services as a result of any illegal use or not permitted by us.
